ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PRICING

Meyar reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. You may be asked to provide additional information, such as phone number and address, before your order is accepted.

To avoid fraud, we may validate payment details and personal information. If verification is not completed within 2 days, the order will be canceled. Meyar also reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity.

We aim to provide accurate pricing, but errors may occur. If an item is mispriced, we may contact you for instructions or cancel your order. Meyar reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed.

ARBITRATION

Any disputes or differences arising out of these Terms will be settled through arbitration by a single arbitrator appointed under the rules of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. The venue of the arbitration will be Karachi, and the language will be English. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The courts of Lahore, including consumer courts, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes with Meyar.

TERMINATION

We may terminate the Terms and Conditions or revoke any rights granted to you without prior notice. Upon termination, you must cease all access to and use of the Site, and Meyar will revoke all access privileges and account details. Any termination will not affect the rights or obligations arising before termination. Meyar will not be liable for any suspension or termination. If dissatisfied, your sole remedy is to discontinue using the Site.
