Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently, we only offer shipping within Pakistan. We do not provide international shipping at this time. We hope to offer international delivery in the future.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Delivery times generally depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. Orders within major cities are usually delivered within 3-5 business days. Orders to remote or rural areas may take 5-7 business days. We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

No, you do not need to create an account to place an order. You can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account will allow you to track your orders easily and save your details for faster future purchases.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your package via the respective courier's tracking portal, such as TCS or Leopards Courier.

How Can I Return a Product?

To return a product:

Initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Fill out the return form provided via WhatsApp or email.
Ship the product back in its original condition (unworn, undamaged, and unwashed). You will be responsible for the return shipping charges unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Once we receive the return, we will process your exchange or refund within 2-4 working days. Refunds are processed via bank transfer.
